Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment is required.
Where you provide less than 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment, or where you fail to attend an appointment, you will be charged a fee for that appointment time.
Cancellation/change of appointment charges are as follows:
Less than 24 hours before the appointment - $40.00 Individuals
- $45.00 Couples
Failure to attend - $80.00 Individuals
- $90.00 Couples
If your sessions are paid for by an organisation, not providing 24 hours notice of change or cancellation of the appointment or non attendance will mean forfeiting the session.
